bored. the most boring April Fool of all time. seriously, nobody's doing anything. n i thought form 5's April Fool is boring, this is worse than that. the surrounding is totally devoid of any pranks. its not just those i knew, its the whole campus. the whole campus is dull, black n white.
class started on monday. nothing much. just alot of nothingness. lecturers wont start teaching. instead we just chit chat and do some ice breaking stuff. n no, i havent remember all their names yet. i only remember a few key ppl. will put some effort on the others.
wednesday was the orientation day for us DEEI(E&E students) students. didnt attend that, instead i went to KL to sit for a 2 hr exam bout insurance. which i walked out in 45 minutes and passed. oh, and i bought a new mouse to replace the 5 year old Microsoft IntelliMouse. the solder of the cable are broken which causes random DC. those are annoying especially when u're in the mid of spraying some1 down then suddenly ur mouse is stuck n u got killed... bought a Blaze mouse. is wasnt a true gaming mouse but it'll pass for my low budget. oh, gonna warranty it tmr bsc the DPI button is screwed. DPI is very important ya know?
on thursday we learned some basics of visual basics. its in VB6 version. the OLD version. as in VERY OLD version. we now use VB.net already. grow up for buddha's sake. sheesh...
since the 8800GTS was screwed, i've switched back to my old ATI card. performance was once again low but manageable through some overclocking. it was so frustratingly slow that i cut the resolution of AVA down to 800x600 just to get the same FPS of what i would get from the 8800. the 8800 can run at 190fps even with all the graphics setting on high. whereas the ATI struggled to get above 80fps even with low settings. hence i now dropped the resolution from 1400x900 to 800x600 just to get that 190fps. yeah... im TAT desperate. cant aim with low fps.
oh, since i passed that insurance exam. im now officially an insurance agent. anyone worried about the safety of their butts can call me, i can provide you with insurance lol. the only one i knew who has insurance for their butts is Jennifer Lopez.
anyway... happy April Fool to everyone. hope you guys had more fun than i do. wait a sec, everyone else is CONFIRMED to have better fun than i do...
