PC mod

today is PC cleaning day... the day i take out EVERYTHING from my crumby PC casing and cleared all the parts of dust and things that arent supposed to be there(i found a fly today lol).

in the mid of it, i took a look at my casing. i thought of getting a new casing since earlier this year but shrugged it off since it wasnt crucial to anything but looks. but then i saw this guy from NCIX and it really amused me... so i tot i'll buy tat casing since it couldnt cost more than 50 bucks.

ok, back to the mid of cleaning part. so i saw a tray(you know, the double decked ones) lying around, unused. and there it goes...

5 hours later... my PC transformed from this

my Asus P5Q SE PLUS... just finished cleaning.. used to b covered with dust

Intel Core 2 Duo E7400. the 8 black blocks, solid state capacitors and MOSFETs are part of the mainboard's 8-phase power supply

mainboard with 2 Kingston DDR2-800 2GB RAM... a must for 64-bit computing. i put it in Phase-1 of both channel(the yellow socket of each pair) to improve overclocking performance

5 hours of work... done!

put it on the place where my printer used to b. so now it is to the right of my monitor... which looks really cool i must say...

since it's open aired(no crumby casing boxing it in), temperatures are much lower which translate into more performance. think tats wat mattered... nah, it looks cool!

ok, ok.. i'll bug off...

lately

quieter. the class is hell alot quieter. probably bsc of the trial. its almost year end, and everyone knows(whether they want it ornot) that the big exam is coming. 11 years of education is a preparation for this single test. everyone's future depended on it, hence the tension.

tension snaps under too much pressure. may it be academic, personal, social, or even dicipline teacher(lol). all four doors super glued... im thinking cynoacrylate... 日新中学的学生是勇敢的 much?

of purple books and graduation

so ppl are passing their purple books to each other asking to have them written. the question is, what is the purple books here for?

to induce the atmosphere of graduation?

so that people will remember each other for the rest of their lives?

someday in the distant future, it'll act like a yellow page when we get into trouble?

or was it for some higher purpose?

perhaps we may never know. after graduation, some may still stick together in search of a common goal(or none at all), some may gone off track and fell into oblivion, some may got a golden opportunity and succeed, the rest of them, we may never know. ah.. all the wonders of fate....

it seems that many things awaits us beyond the gate of graduation(or SPM if its fits better). like a floodgate holding back the water which will eagerly rush towards us as it is released. some will rise to the top, some gets swept away("I rise, you fall" -Optimus Prime). there's no telling that what we will become, even a bigger question is that will we survive.

if we really want to remember each other, dont write in that book. keep the names, the memories of quarreling in our hearts, cause true friendship(those who are in a much SPECIAL relationship may change this term) cant be expressed with words, moreover be stored in hard copy.

its now 2 months? from graduation, a bit over 3 months till SPM, and 4 months till the prom lol. cherish every seconds you have. pull pranks, forgive his/her stupidity, tell him/her the things you have kept to urself because you dont hv the guts to do so, tell him/her that you want him/her forever cause after this, even though you may still hear his/her voice over the phone, you will never get to see his/her reaction to what you want to tell....

all of this because we really are running out of time...
