back from NS and CNY post

k, NS. darn boring. seriously, its boring. when we get there, everything's either insufficient or lacking. so we spent the 1st week doing nothing but eat, talk, sleep, eat, talk sleep... nothing else.

i got my uniform n stuff on the 2nd week. which isnt much to look at. n being a malaysian product(yes, it even says "buatan malaysia") the shoe broke on the 1st time i wear it. great. n when i ask to change, they kept delaying it. got pissed, asked my mom to bring contact adhesive instead. malaysia boleh!

for one month we did nothing much. the only official activity is the CB class or Character Building class. almost same as leadership camp but more tedious. oh, n there's also that we're divided into 4 groups called Company. Alpha, Bravo, Charlie and Delta. im in Delta. n there's this KKJ(Kontrak Kita Janji) where you form your company. as in make group flag, make logo, make slogan and stuff. our company made our logo with our motto on it. which is written in 3 language namely chinese, malay and tamil so as to show 1malaysia(which is sweet of us) yet we ran into trouble. the idiots says that motto cannot b in any language other than malay, and we're ordered to redo. WTF!!?

the racism is heavy in there. although the jurulatih always says that we must unite, perpaduan and all, its still there, racism. there's no chinese jurulatih there, so we chinese hv to fend for ourselves. its CNY, and they hung malay KETUPATS! WTF!? n they played malay raya songs and al-quran shit, wtf with that? n then the pengusaha kem(a old chinese guy, but he's a very nice person)'s daughter(works at the koperasi at the camp) asked the jurulatih to play CNY songs, she even provide the CD. at 1st the play. but the nex day it stopped. when the ketua kaum cina ask the jurulatih bout it, they say no CD. but he(the ketua) found the CD on top of the CD player. then he ask again, this time, he get this "tak ada CD, kamu orang nyanyi sendiri la". BLEEPP!!!!

there's more but it'll take forever to list every one of them out. still, malaysia boleh.

so been there for almost a month nw. met alot of people, made alot of friends, n no, no gf. sure, those girls from ipoh are cute but they're bad tempered, very aggressive. n lol, the jurulatih there set a rule that boys n girls cannot be within 3 feet of each other or else they're considered bf n gf and is an act of "menggoda" lol. we're nt even allowed to sit together or at the same table. but who cares. certainly not the muslims... but yea sure, we chinese do that more often than they do. they still hold back abit. oh, and muslims girls are NOT conservative(dunno if its the right word but nvm) at all. one of my teammates in CB class(a muslim girl) asked me to take pics of her when i was trying to take a pic of our finished product and asked me to keep the pic. i was like -_-".. funny hw ppl thinks of muslims...

n no, i havent shot a m16 yet. they say after CNY so i dunno. nt really looking forward to it since basicly i can shoot fine in AVA lol.

k, CNY. nothing much. this year its boring. partially bsc my dad isnt here n we're still in penang. there would b loads of activity if we went back to Bentong, Pahang. really really boring...
